Abstract: This research investigation focused on the teachers’ instructional strategies and the students’ learning styles at Northern Quezon College Incorporated, Infanta, Quezon for purposes of identifying and analysing the teaching strategies that significantly relate and match with the learning styles of the students. The descriptive-correlational method of research coupled with informal interviews was used. Data were gathered by means of a validated survey instrument consisting of two sets of questionnaires and supported by open-ended questions. The questionnaires employed a 5-point scale. The data were gathered from 324 randomly selected bona fide students of the college. The data were statistically treated using the appropriate statistical tools and comprehensively interpreted and analysed. As a result of this study, a faculty development program geared at enhancing the teachers’ instructional strategies in consideration to the students’ learning styles.
